The interface between human and machine decides whether anything ships.
The principle
The interface is the product.
Human Experience is UI and UX together: the layer where Vision turns into direction and Process turns into a result. In the formula it sits in the denominator, under everything else, and everything above it compounds when it is strong and goes to waste when it is not.
An agent no human can steer or correct is a risk, whatever else it can do. The Blank Collar treats the interface between person and machine as the product. Everything else is packaging.
Human ↔ interface ↔ machine. HX is the connection.
