Kristian Kabashi

Kristian Kabashi defined “the Blank Collar”, the post-AI worker, in 2016. Six years before ChatGPT. He wrote the book that named the shift. He spent two decades rebuilding businesses from inside global enterprises, the last stretch as a global executive director at Dentsu, and has since founded two AI-native companies: Numarics in finance and Cybee.ai in cybersecurity.

What I speak
and write about.

Four lanes, one thesis. Work is for bots. Life is for humans.

01
The future of work

Where the line between bots and humans actually falls, and what that does to careers and to the shape of a company. Work is for bots. Life is for humans.

02
Rebuilding the company around AI

How AI rebuilds the operating model rather than the org chart. The method, including the order things have to happen in, and the traps. I spent two decades doing this inside global enterprises.

03
Building AI-native companies

What it takes to start AI-native instead of bolting AI on. Architecture and team design, and where founders trip. I learned it by founding two of them: Numarics in finance and Cybee.ai in cybersecurity.

04
Turning a team into blank-collar workers

The practical shift: how people stop being specialists defending a lane and become operators who direct the machine. Not a specialist. A blank collar.
