Kristian Kabashi is an operator, founder, and author based in Zürich, born and raised in Germany and built across six countries. He coined “the Blank Collar”, the post-AI worker, in 2016, six years before ChatGPT, and founded the practice in 2018; he is the author of The Blank Collar Equation. He has founded two AI-native companies: Numarics (2020), AI-native finance for Swiss SMEs, which he scaled to CHF 13M ARR on CHF 12.4M raised; and Cybee.ai (2024), AI-native cybersecurity (€1M seed; Top 100 worldwide in the Deel × J.P. Morgan startup competition, from 37,000+ applicants). He also co-founded Mandeta, a programmatic media agency for the Albanian-speaking market, and works across English, German, and Albanian. Earlier he spent two decades leading business transformation inside global enterprises, culminating as Chief Transformation Officer for Dentsu Switzerland, then SVP EMEA, then EVP / Global Executive Director, Business Transformation. Across his ventures he has won 16+ awards, among them Swissalbs Entrepreneur of the Year, Keiretsu Startup of the Year, Top 100 Swiss Startups, a Swiss FinTech Awards Top 5 finalist, and a two-time Best of Swiss Apps. He is a Forbes Business Council member and a TEDx speaker.
