The principle
Decide the destination first.
In the framework, Vision is the only variable that does not need AI to exist. It is the human intent that decides what the work is for. Without it, more data and more compute get you to the wrong place faster.
Most AI initiatives start from the data the company already has. The future it wants never gets named. The Blank Collar names it first, then lets data and agents close the distance.
Vision picks the point. Data and agents get you there.
